Dear Napoleon customers,

Recently, hackers have intensified phishing attacks by simulating Cloudflare errors to steal user and CDN client credentials. These emails lead you to a fake login page — which looks real — but actually collects your data without you noticing. It’s a subtle and dangerous scam!

How to avoid it? Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Cloudflare account. With 2FA active, even if your credentials are compromised, the extra authentication prevents any unwanted modification. Think of it as an additional lock that ensures only you have the key!

Other Quick and Simple Security Tips:

  • Never click on suspicious links. Always verify the sender before opening any email.

  • Use unique and complex passwords. Avoid simple passwords like "123456" or "password".

  • If you're unsure about the authenticity of a message, consult our support team. We’re here to help!

Your infrastructure's security is our priority. Don’t let hackers take advantage — enable 2FA today and sleep easy.

Let’s work together to keep your account always ON and secure!
